 The Da Vinci Code Tour

Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code has been one the most popular novels in the past few years. Now you can also relive the experience of the book and participate in the journey of the Langdon and Neveu, the protagonists of the novel, by being a part of the The Da Vinci Code Tour in London. Each tour boasts of a guide who will pick you up from any Central London location. You can either opt for a 3 hours tour or an extended 7 hours tour.

The three hours Da Vinci Code Tour begins from the Temple Church, the place from where Langdon and Neveu started their search for the Holy Grail in London. From there the tour will take you through the London's Fleet Street and pass by the King's College, where Langdon is able to find the meaning of the clue that stated clue 'in London lies a knight a pope interred'. Next you will visit the Westminster Abbey and to the grave tomb of Sir Isaac Newton. It is here that Langdon and Neveu unveils the identity of the "the Teacher". The tour will also take you to the St James's Park, where "the teacher" kills one of his unwanted confederates and London's National Gallery that houses Da Vinci's Virgin of the Rocks that has been mentioned in the novel.

f you are desirous to learn more on the history of the knights and Priories you can opt for a much longer, a 7hours Da Vinci Code Tour. The tour will allow you to see the Priory Church of St Bartholomew the Great, the last surviving 12th century church of London, St Bart's Hospital, Smithfield Market, St John's Gate, and the Priory of the Knights Hospitallers with its Tudor Gate House, 16th century Church and 12th century Crypt. You can also witness other landmarks of London that includes Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, the Tower of London and St Paul's Cathedral.
