 Opera House London

London is famous for its operas and ballets. Most London opera houses like the renowned Royal Opera House in London Coliseum, Barbican Center, Royal Albert Hall, St. Martin-in-the-Fields to name just a few are among London's numerous opera houses, which regularly host first-rate productions.

One of the world's most renowned orchestra - The London Symphony has its roots in London. You can rest assured of one thing - no matter what time of the year you visit London, a stupendous repertoire of events and programs awaits you which will provide you with one of the finest classical music experience you ever dreamt of

Though the magnificent Royal Opera House is one of the world's most renowned opera venues, other opera houses like the London Coliseum, Royal Academy of Music, Royal Albert Hall etc. provide great opera experiences to the tourists.

Take for instance the British Music Information Center at Westminster Bridge Road, which focuses primarily on 20th century British compositions while London Coliseum is known far its innovative productions. The Royal Academy of Music and the Royal College of Music both provide visitors with fantastic opportunities to hear some of London's most talented musicians at surprisingly affordable rates.

As far as the Opera House London is concerned, one has to be extremely lucky to see a production at this famous venue. Seats with good views don't come cheap and might cost you anything in excess of £ 60. St. James Church, St. John's Smith square, St. Martin-in-the-Fields all provide top-end productions and their state of the art acoustic systems further accentuates the quality of the shows. They regularly host lunchtime recitals and evening london concerts, which is much preferred by the visitors.

For the quintessential opera enthusiast, a visit to the gorgeous Wigmore Hall is a must. It was built way back in 1901 and is specially renowned for Chamber music concerts. The Wigmore Hall is busy round the year with 400 plus concerts held every year.
